The fluorescence radiation property at the edge of thin disk crystal is very important to design lasers. In order study this effect, in paper, we established a theoretical model describe process Subsequently, used with indium absorption cladding quantitatively test intensity. significant difference between measured and simulated data can be described as P (probability value) < 0.1 when temperature lower than melting point metal cladding, P < 0.05 pump area. Finally, analyze influence on laser operation, results show that thermal effect will reduce conversion efficiency by 20%. To best our knowledge, first quantitative intensity research provide guidance for designing packaging elements
